The model scores each customer 0–100 daily, weighing login frequency drops, NPS shifts, support tone changes, champion role changes, competitor mentions, billing failures, and renewal proximity. Every score includes the top three drivers — so the score is decision-ready, not a black box.

What's a customer health score and why does it matter?▼

A customer health score is a single number (typically 0–100) that summarizes a customer's likelihood to renew, expand, or churn. The point isn't the number — it's the explanation. A score of 78 with no context tells you nothing. A score of 78 with 'login down 62%, NPS dropped 9 → 6, champion changed roles' tells you exactly what to do this morning.

How fast can I set up customer success software with Exeechain?▼

Is my customer data secure?▼

Yes. Encryption at rest and in transit. SOC 2 Type II audit is in progress, with a Type I report available on request for enterprise customers. Customer data is never used to train models. Full data export and deletion are available from Settings → Privacy. HIPAA is not currently supported; do not upload PHI.

Do I need a customer success team to use this?▼

No. Exeechain is designed so a single CS manager — or a founder running CS themselves — can cover hundreds of customers.
